Fiona Rushmer

Fiona Rushmer qualified as a Physiotherapist in 1982 at St Thomas' Hospital, London.

With a background in acute respiratory care and orthopaedics, she has worked at Bromley Hospital, The Royal London, Whitechapel and St George's Hospital in Tooting.

In 2000, Fiona joined the Physiotherapy team at Ashtead Hospital and in 2002, became the Physiotherapy Manager.

Fiona works in Inpatients, rehabilitating post-operative orthopaedic and medical patients. She specialises in respiratory care, both acute and chronic.

In 2012, Fiona studied the Leduc Method in managing Lymphoedema and now provides medical lymphatic drainage, advice on skin care and pressure garments and exercise programmes for patients suffering from Lymphoedema.
